Terms & Conditions

  1. Each pharmacist must have completed an accredited face-to-face flu-training course covering life support training and injection technique training within the last 2 years. Proof will be required. Training can be organized if required.
  2. Each pharmacist must provide proof that they are trained and sign a declaration that they are competent to deliver vaccinations.
  3. Each pharmacist must have completed our online training modules and assessment on vaccination techniques, basic life support and anaphylaxis, and influenza.
  4. All prices provide cover are for a 12 month period.
  5. Prices do not include additional costs associated with registering as a yellow fever center or further training requirements.

Key Features – Full Patient Audit trial & Care Pathways

  • Each staff member has their own profile
  • Detailed patient and consultation data (such as travel itineraries, batch numbers and sites of vaccinations)
  • Simple care-pathway support, allowing the steps of a consultation to be re-ordered or removed (for example, there is no requirement to run the travel itinerary step for a flu vaccination).
  • The care for patients can be split in various ways between different staff members, including
    • A medic who uses patient- and itinerary-specifics to decide which vaccines should be administered.
    • A medic who administers the vaccines, and records batch numbers.
  • A complex travel itinerary, such as for a school or sports trip, can be recorded and used for each of the members of a group.
  • Inca is configurable in many ways, including: the diseases and vaccines that are listed; the available schedules for each vaccine; the medications that can be prescribed (and the other, e.g., travel, products that can be sold), including favourites that are listed first; the care pathways; the default length of consultations in the appointment system. Once countries are entered into a travel itinerary, Inca Clinic can be configured to display links to useful data about these countries, such as links to the corresponding Travax/Fitfortravel or NaTHaC public websites.

  • Patients can book appointments on-line, choosing from the rosters that a manager has allowed to be visible. Customers can enter basic patient data and travel itineraries, and fill out medical questionnaires.
  • Patients who book by phone can be sent an email with a link to allow them to enter patient data and travel itineraries, and fill in medical questionnaires.
  • Full diary management for healthcare professional of all patients

Key Features – Invoicing, Reporting and Stock Management

  • A stock management system, which records the level of each product and automatically reduces, counts as vaccinations are given.
  • The production of invoices for patients at the end of their consultations.
  • The Salesforce.com platform provides report creation features, which can be used by non-IT-trained staff to create simple reports, and run these automatically daily, weekly or monthly. Staff with more training can write more complex reports.
  • Provides reports, for example end of day clinic reports and yearly reports on yellow fever vaccine administrations.

Key Features – Emails & Corporate Accounts

  • Reminders are automatically sent by email, in particular for the next doses of vaccines and also when vaccine cover runs out.
  • Inca has various features that allow customers to support corporate accounts, such as the ability to associate a given patient with a corporate account so that consultations are billed on-account rather being paid for by the patient, to product periodic account statements.
